Here's my order:\n\n**1. Google Drive (Google Workspace)** - My default recommendation for most remote teams. Real-time co-editing in Docs/Sheets is still the best collaborative experience available, shared drives handle team ownership properly (files don't die when someone leaves), and it's the cheapest serious option at roughly $72-144/user/year. If your team already lives in Gmail, stop reading here.\n\n**2. Microsoft OneDrive / SharePoint (Microsoft 365)** - The best value if you need desktop Office apps. At ~$6/user/month you get 1TB plus Word, Excel, Outlook and email bundled, which undercuts buying storage separately. Deep Teams integration matters if that's your chat tool. The tradeoff is that SharePoint's permission model gets confusing fast, and sync has historically been the weaker link.\n\n**3. Dropbox Business** - Worth paying a premium for (~$15/user/month, list) if syncing is your actual pain point. It remains the most reliable sync engin", "answer_truncated": true, "measurement": "One answer from one engine on one date.
