Here's how I'd rank them:\n\n**1. Google Drive (Google Workspace)** - My default recommendation for most remote teams, especially under ~100 people. Real-time co-editing in Docs/Sheets is still the best-in-class collaboration experience, sharing links \"just work\" for external collaborators, and it's the cheapest full-suite option (~$6-$22/user/month). Weakness: desktop sync (Drive for Desktop) is the flakiest of the big four, and it's a poor fit if your team lives in Excel.\n\n**2. Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint (Microsoft 365)** - Pick this if you're already on Microsoft 365 or if your team is Office- and Teams-heavy. Buying it standalone just for file sharing makes little sense; buying it as part of M365 Business Standard makes it nearly free. Strongest compliance/eDiscovery story at the SMB price point. Weakness: the OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams-files split confuses people constantly, and permissions get messy at scale.\n\n**3. Dropbox (Business/Teams)** - Worth paying extra for when *sync itself* is the job: large local wor", "answer_truncated": true, "measurement": "One answer from one engine on one date.
