Here's who I'd actually name, in order:\n\n**1. Workleap Officevibe** - my default recommendation for a first engagement tool. Pulse surveys, anonymous feedback, and manager 1-on-1s, with almost no setup and no HR team required. Published pricing starts around **$5/user/mo annual ($6.25 monthly), 10-user minimum**, which is about as low-risk as it gets. Start here unless you have a specific reason not to.\n\n**2. Connecteam** - the right answer if your team is deskless: retail, trades, hospitality, field crews. Engagement (surveys, recognition, company feed) sits alongside scheduling, time clock, and chat, so it's the one app your staff will actually open. It has a genuinely free tier for **up to 10 users**, which makes it the best fit for very small teams.\n\n**3. Bonusly** - if the real problem is \"nobody says thank you here,\" not \"we don't know how people feel.\" Peer-to-peer recognition with points redeemable for rewards, lives in Slack/T", "answer_truncated": true, "measurement": "One answer from one engine on one date.
