Google Looker Studio - start here if you're on Google Workspace.** Free, unlimited dashboards, native connectors to Google Analytics, Ads, Sheets, and BigQuery. It's the fastest way to find out whether you'll actually use dashboards before you pay for any. Weak on data modeling and gets sluggish on large datasets, but for a small business tracking marketing and web metrics it's often sufficient permanently. Pro tier is ~$9/user/month if you need team management and SLAs.\n\n**2. Microsoft Power BI - the default if you're a Microsoft/Excel shop.** Power BI Desktop is free for building, and Pro is ~$14/user/month to share. Strongest Excel integration of anything on this list, huge connector library, and the skills are easy to hire for. The catch: sharing requires every viewer to be licensed, so costs scale with headcount, not usage.\n\n**3. Zoho Analytics - best value if you want real BI without per-seat pain.** Entry plans around $24-30/month cover a couple of users with generous row limits, and it bundles 500+ connectors plus decent AI-assisted querying. Especially good if you already use Zoho CRM/Books. Be aw", "answer_truncated": true, "measurement": "One answer from one engine on one date.
